She managed an adult family home for three years prior to opening Shari’s Haven. Shari is a registered Nursing Assistant, and completed special training in dementia care. Shari’s Haven staff is rounded out by trained and certified staff members who choose to work in a home setting and respect the needs and desires of those who live here.
